Rooms available to hire

We have a number of meeting rooms available for hire in our Killamarsh Community Hub (formally the CLOC building)

The Hub has 3 meeting rooms available as well as the large atrium at the heart of the building.

Room 1 - Can accommodate between 30 - 50 people depending on your room layout requirements.

Room 2- Can accommodate between 20 - 30 people depending on your room layout requirements.

Rooms 1 & 2 can be used together and can accommodate up to 80 people.

Room 3 - Can accommodate between 15 - 25 people depending on your room layout requirements.

The atrium is a large open space that can accommodate up to 50 people (please be aware that at busy times the atrium will be used to access other rooms and facilities).

Hourly Room Hire Rates

Local Community Groups - £10 per hour

Groups for the benefit of local residents that make a charge - £15 per hour

Business Use - £20 per hour
