All meetings of the Council are open to the public and time is set aside for local residents to raise any points of concern at the start of the meeting. This also provides an opportunity for residents to express opinions concerning any Planning Application due to be considered by the Council.

• The Annual Meeting of the Council will take place on Monday 13th May 2013 at 6.30pm in the

Childzone, Killamarsh Sports Centre, Stanley Street.

• The Annual Parish Meeting will take place on Monday 13th May 2013 at 6.00pm in the Childzone,

Killamarsh Sports Centre, Stanley Street, when all local electors are invited to attend and raise any

points of interest or concern.
